To be perfectly frank, I generally hope I don't meet any other demons full stop-regardless of the world. I don't really get along with other demons.

[He shifts, positioning himself with his full, rapt attention on Crowley in that way of strangely supportive but still judgmental noblewomen everywhere.]

I don't know about that, you're not all THAT bad.

[No. It's because he loves them. ]

You must find us all incredibly entertaining then to put up with the rest of it.

Oh yes, you're all very entertaining. It's fascinating to watch you scurrying about, living your short lives. Being as unpredictable as a slightly wonky spinning top.

Must be difficult though. Demons live quite a bit longer than mortals, don't they?

That's quite the understatement, but yes, we do. Quite a bit longer.

I guess you're a demon though, right? Can you grant super long life for a deal or something? Or is that not something demons can do?

[onlyanapple]

You guess I'm a demon? And no, that's not something we can do. It's something we have, not something we can give out like sweets.

[wolfehawke]

Do you always have to critique the way people phrase things?

[He grumps at Crowley slightly, but then rolls right on with the conversation.]

That's not what I've heard demons whispering in the past. Eternal life for the price of a ride in your body. Just a little one. Makes more sense if they can't deliver though, considering the poor mage sod would never get the body back anyhow.

Huh, that does sound like a skeevy bullshit line. I mean, if I possessed someone, they're still be in there, I could just take over, push them to the back. It wouldn't be a very pleasant way to live for either party. It's much easier to just get an empty body and go from there.
